Slate and Asbestos

Why replace a roof that can last generations?  In most cases, Slate or even Asbestos tile can be made whole again with a repair that is both cost effective and beautiful. 

When should a slate roof be removed?

     IBC strongly encourages all homeowners to restore their slate roofs back to their original fuctioning state.  Repairs can always be made to match and beautify existing  slate roofs.  We will only recommend replacing a slate roof  if it is more cost effective to replace the whole roof with a new system due to extensive repairs.
